Global anilox roll supplier Harper Corporation of America has announced two changes to its team. Josh Sigmon is a new addition to the organization, while Brad Windsor has shifted positions taking on new challenges. Both bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their roles making them a valuable asset to the company and its customers. Sigmon joins Harper as Technical Account Manager for the Central Plains area. He recently graduated from the University of Central Missouri with his Bachelor of Science in Graphic Technology and holds his Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Graphic Arts and Imaging Technology as well as his AAS of Graphic Arts and Imaging Technology with a concentration in Flexography, both from Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) in Charlotte, NC. Sigmon participated in the Phoenix Challenge in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, winning three awards in 2017 for design research and execution. In addition, he was a PICA Award recipient in 2013. While attending CPCC, Sigmon worked full-time for Harper Corporation of America as a Quality Assurance Inspector. He certified that all Harper rolls were within customer specifications prior to shipping. He acquired even more experience working full-time for a large format printer while completing his bachelor’s degree in Kansas City, Missouri. In total, Sigmon brings with him seven years of work experience, four years of competition experience in the Phoenix Challenge, and three degrees. He will be responsible for both Wide Web and Narrow Web sales in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and North and South Dakota. Windsor has changed roles from Technical Graphics Advisor to Technical Account Manager for the Southwest Region. He has 23 years of experience as a flexographic printing professional and holds his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has worked his way up through the industry from mounting plates and running presses and laminators to serving as a leader in supervisory and managerial roles. Windsor has developed a wide range of expertise that includes wide web and narrow web printing. He has built his knowledge and skills at companies such as Bemis, Printpack, and Accredo Packaging and looks forward to the opportunity to continue learning and developing innovative ideas within the flexographic industry at Harper. Windsor will be responsible for both Wide Web and Narrow Web sales to customers in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona. Harper Corporation of America is confident that Sigmon and Windsor will be strong assets to the company and uphold its commitment to providing exceptional products, service, and support to customers.
